In a bigger bowl, put yeast, sugar, flour in 100ml of milk(lukewarm) and let it sit for 10min. Add one third of melted butter (70g), 2eggs and 4yolks, rest of milk (400ml) adding flour little by little.

Knead with hands until it becomes compact. You don’t need to use all flour if the dough becomes consistent. Cover with towel and leave in a warm place for at least half an hour until double.

Knead again using rolling pin spread it to be approximately 1cm. Spread the rest of the butter on the top evenly. Cut in nine stripes and roll every stripe.

Place the baking sheet in oval baking dish(25cm). Spread one egg white on the top to 200C and bake for one hour.
