Toast sanwiches and set aside. On a clean bowl, pour drained tuna flakes and mash. Add mayonnaise and mashed eggs till combined. Season with pepper salt to taste. Spread tuna to the sanwich and layer with sliced cocumber and tomatoe and finally top with lettuces according to your preference. Do the same to the rest of the sandwiches.
I overslept for Fridays esp for holidays lol. And for a quick late brunch, I just made a sandwich out of scratch. Just anything I could find from the fridge. I added some mustard to have a tangy taste and I like the sound of that 😆😆😆
