Soak the kernels in water and mix with hand to wash. Drain and cover with fresh water to soak overnight.

Next morning, drain and place in a heavy bottomed pan, cover with new water and cook on low fire for about 2 hours till kernels soften. You can use the rice cooker for this.

Once cooked, drain and spread over the clean dry kitchen towel to dry for about an hour or two.

Grind the kernels with a meat grinder. It will be dry and thick.

Combine minced kernels with confectioner's sugar. It will extract all the water from the kernels and it will make the whole mass softer.

Add ground walnuts. Optionally add some nutmeg or vanilla for aroma. Press well to push the air out and serve with whipped cream.
