Sift the flour very well. Cooking brew, mix in a bowl 100g of milk, a spoonful of sugar, a cup of flour and yeast. Ground well leaving no lumps. Send in a warm place for an hour. The volume should increase almost twice. The remaining milk heat over the medium heat, in any case, not boiling. Melt the butter in it, salt, and mix well in a blender, combine with brew. Mix at the slowest speed.

Separate the yolks from the whites. Rub the yolks with the sugar in a blender. Beat whites in the foam and also add into the dough. And we know that the yolks have to be room temperature and the whites cold. This is the secret. We spread in a bowl. Stir, pour the remaining flour gradually.

The dough loves human hands, so now lay out the dough on a floured surface and intensively knead at least 10-15 minutes dusting the dough fro time to time with a little flour.

The dough is ready when it completely stops sticking to your hands. Rolled into a neat little bundle. Cover with a cloth or a plastic foil and put in a warm place for 1.5-2hours. During this time it must grow twice a size. Take out and punch well getting rid of the air.

Filling: We will need 500g of poppy seeds, 100g of butter, 100g of good light honey, 10tbs of sugar, a glass of milk.

Fill poppy seeds boiling water for 8-10 minutes. (If poppy is dirty, pre-wash it.) Merge. Once again pour boiling water and boil for 15-20minutes and then begins. Well drain the water(pressing). Mix with sugar (better large crystals sugar). Grind poppy mass using meat mincer or a hand blender.

A fret this shift into a deep pit, mix with butter, honey, with a little milk( we pour it slowly) and begin to cook on very low heat. Stir constantly and topped up with milk. You may need less or more milk depends of poppy. Cook for about an hour. The filling should not be in any case liquid. Consistency is crumbly and taste divine! Let it cool down.

Rolling: Roll out the dough thin enough rectangle or "square oval" shape. Put a napkin. Liberally spread the filling. And very carefully turn off.

Baking: Beat an egg. Preheat the oven to 180C. On paper baking spread roll. Lubricate it with an egg and put about ten minutes, on every ten minutes reduce the temperature for twenty degrees. Bake for 30 or 40minutes. (Depending on the oven). Till becoming nicely golden brown.
