raw mangoes
250gms
methi dana
1/2 tsp
rai and jeera
1/2 tsp
oil
to stirr
water
jagery
150gms
salt
red chilli powder
sauf
1tsp
termaric powder

peel raw mangoes and cut them into pieces

now ..in a pan.. add 2 table spoon oil.. add rai,sauf,methi dana and jeera into oil .. add turmeric powder..red chilli powder.. and salt as per taste.. then immediately add cuted raw mangoes..

dont let the masalas burn

stir for while.. then add one glass of water.. and let it boil.. check till mangoes gets soften..
after they gets soft.. add jagery to it.. ab let it cook for maximum 15 min till it gets thick..
