It was truly a great idea from プラウsan, choux with white bean paste(白餡) and mascarpone,I happened to have everything at home, and it was time to challenge choux pastry again, luckily I've got Rizmu help and she referred me to さとみん san's recipe, finally I got it right! I made one with the original white bean paste, and the other one I added some of my pineapple curd, also delicious! プラウsan, thank you for this delicious snack,I never thought of putting white bean paste and mascarpone together, but they have proved to be a great success, and filling it in choux is perfect, this is innovative food! さとみんSan,thank you for the recipe of choux,Rizmu recommended to me,and I trust her very much!I had no luck with choux pastry before, now I have found one that I could use forever! Rizmu, your choux pastry looks wonderful,I could never doubt your cooking skills and ideas, thanks for passing on this amazing recipe,I will never have to fear of doing choux again!!
Thank you so muchプラウSan! I didn't have much luck before with choux pastry, but thanks Rizmu she gave me さとみん san's recipe and it turned out I way I wish,I am very happy,I could use this forever! But it was your post that inspired me to try again.White bean paste could be one dimensional, but adding mascarpone gives such a lovely richness,I fell in love with it!Japanese and Italian marries well! Adding my pineapple curd also very tasty, the sourness is very refreshing! I am learning a lot from you and Rizmu, both of you are cooking experts and full of exciting ideas!I am lucky to have foodie friends like you two!
Good evening Rizmu! Haha, there are still many things I couldn't do,but I am confident that with your help,I could tackle them one by one! I was intending to use chopped almonds just like you,I have it somewhere, but I couldn't find it,so I settled on almond slices,I am happy they work fine here! White bean paste and mascarpone accompany each other perfectly.White bean paste is one dimensional, but mascarpone adds richness and smoothness, and itself get a lovely sweetness form the paste! I alway think Japanese and Italian ingredients go well together, once again it has been proved! Pineapple curd adds wonderful refreshing taste too,you must try! Thanks again for passing on さとみん San recipe,it's my treasure now! I see, choux freezes well,if there is any left!😂
