Marinate the pork with all ingredients except malt syrup overnight.

Preheat oven at 230℃ and bake the pork each side for 20 minutes.

Drain the juice and spread the malt syrup whis has been dilute in 1 tbsp of hot water all over the pork surface and bake each side for 5 minutes at 250℃.

Cool down and slice to serve.
