Chinese Pancakes © √√√

材料・調味料 (3 人分)
DOUGH: flour
2 cups
baking powder
2 tspn
salt
1/2 tspn
sugar
2 tspn
sesame oil
1 tspn
water
1/2 cup
FILLINGS: ground pork
1 cup
celery/scallions
3 stems
salt
to taste
pepper
to taste
black sauce
1 tspn
chili powder
1 tspn
Korean chili paste
optional

FILLING:
Mix all ingredients and cook in skillet for about 15 minutes. Set aside to cool.

DOUGH:
Mix all ingredients until reaching consistency. Add water slowly. If too wet, add flour. Set aside to rise for about 20 minutes. Knead and form a circular shape. Add filling, seal it up and flat press.
Heat skillet. Fry the cake by gently rubbing oil on both sides. Flip till brown.

Serve hot.
ポイント

Note:
You can use whatever fillings your desire according to your liking. If you're a vegetarian, you can use up your favorite veggies and follow the same procedure.
