Sradbarski kupus;) Wedding cabbage;))

レシピ
材料・調味料 (8 人分)
Sour or fresh whole cabbage
1 head
Beef and pork meat(fattier parts are better)
200g each
Smoked rib and beacon
150g each
Large onion chopped

Carrot chopped
1
Dry parsley
1tsp
Vegeta
1tsp
Salt
1tsp
Pepper
To taste
Bay leaves

Sunflower oil

作り方

Cover the bottom of the clay pot with some lard and put one big leaf of cabbage as a first layer.

In a bowl combine onion, carrot, oil, spices.

Wrap each piece of meat in a cabbage roll and layer in the clay pot, pressing each role so that it wouldn't open while cooking. Reserve a few leaves.

Pour over the spice and vegetable mix over.

Pour cold water to cover.

Cover with remaining few leaves.

Cook for 3hours on low fire till the water evaporates. (Firstly strong fire bring to boil.)
