I have been to Italy recently,this looks like what I had there,very authentic,excellent job Koji!I wonder what else in the sauce,may be anchovy?The Italians usually make broccoli pasta with it....
Do you buy Dancyu every month?I used to,but seems like they talk about wine and sake all the time and I don't drink much alcohol...but sometime they have good information on food too...

そうそう、アンチョビ入り😊あとはブロッコリー、にんにく、唐辛子、オリーブオイルというシンプルな材料。
dancyu は毎号ではなく、好きな特集を見つけた時だけ買うよ。これはパスタ特集ではなく野菜料理の特集号😊
たしかにお酒に合う料理が多いよね😁リックはいつも美味しそうな料理使ってるけど、飲み物は何を合わせてるのかなって思ってるよ😁ガス入りのミネラルウォーターかなぁとか😁

That's right,the dancyu special issues are good,I think I will buy those from now on too,I could pick the ones with more about food!
Yes,you know me,I only order sparkling mineral water to go with my meal.The only Italian words I learned before I went there was 'aqua fizzante',just to make sure they understand😁.
