pan fryed chicken thighs

chicken thighs w/ skin

garlic salt

italin dressing

作り方

mix spices and italin dressing on chicken. let chicken sit for 30 min.

put 3/4 tsp of butter and olive oil in frying pan and put thighs skin down.

form crust( about 10 min) then flip and cook on other side for another 10 min in med/high heat.

let chicken completly defrost for faster cooking time.
