I big love this one,or any washoku that you make,this is exceptionally beautiful Japanese fish burger with loads of sophistication.At a glance I thought it was 飛竜頭,but found out it was made with fish,not tofu,you picked really good ingredients too,edamame,carrot and hijiki,very eye pleasing colour combination.It also looks a bit like Thai fish cake!Seems like it's easy to get all ingredients here,even ギス,I will tackle this.May I ask if you shaped individual one by hand or used a cutter to cut out rounds?

Freshly fried is awesome😋💕 You can mix any stuff in this as you like,But you'd better to use burdock,burdock reduce fishy smell and brings nice aroma. I didn't use mold,You can form into the round shape by hand.Rather I like rough shape😊 I'll try again as well😊👌🎶🎶
