In a skillet, heat the oil and add chopped onion. Fry for 10min till translucent.

Add garlic and fry for another 1minute.

Combine all chopped mushrooms and add them to the pan. Add salt, pepper and paprika powder. Cook for about 15 minutes till mushrooms starts releasing juices, taking care not to over cook them.

Add chopped parsley and let rest covered for about 5min.
