Black Pepper Sauce

材料・調味料 (2 人分)
Onion

Garlic

Black pepper

Butter

Mushroom (any kind)

Salt
Water

Slice onions and dice garlic.

Using a mortar and pestle, pound black pepper seeds till they're no longer a normal seed.

Heat up a frying pan.

Put butter in pan and let it melt. Add in garlic and onions. When slightly brown, add in mushrooms and then black pepper powder.

Add in 1/2 cup water and allow mixture to thicken and ingredients to mix well. Make sure it's on medium low heat. Add salt to taste, when mixture thickens more, add water and let it simmer.
ポイント

If I feel that the sauce isn't as peppery as I want it to be, I add a dash of white pepper powder and soy sauce. You can add in the veggie mix too if you like.
