Oh Yukari San,I forgot I never have a recipe for this 蓮藕餅,I had this version at a restaurant and I like it best,l worked it out myself so I never have the measurements,but I tell you what you need.Mince pork(preferably with some fat in it,chop up some more),mix in some grated 蓮根(about the same weig
