Boil the pumpkin; blend it with a vertical blender. Mix the pumpkin purée together with milk, flour, egg and sugar. Making pancake. Fry the mixture with 1tbsp of oil. After frying them, let the pancake cool down.

When the pancakes are cooled down, mix both cheese together and spread it on the top of the pancakes. Roll the pancakes and put them inside the fridge for around 1-2hours.
