Bolognese sauce..

beef minced

Bell Pepper /chopped

garlic
2 cloves
carots / chopped
2 sticks
dried Thym
2 tsp
dried oregano
1 tsp
Big tomatoes/chopped

tomatoes purre
1/2 cup
tomatoes paste
2 tbsp
celery stick

Bay leaf

beef stock cube

salt and pepper
red wine/water

And a large saucepan on a medium heat and add 1 tbsp olive oil add the onions, carrots, bell peppers, celery sticks, garlic cloves then fry for 10 mins. Stir the veg often until it softens.

Increase the heat to medium-high, add 500g beef mince and cook stirring for 3-4 mins until the meat is browned all over.

Add dried oregano, bay leaves, tomato purée, beef stock cube, tyhm, and red wine or water. Stir with a woodenspoon.

Bring to the boil, reduce to a gentle simmer and cover with a lid. Cook for 1 hr 15 mins stirring occasionally, until you have a rich, thick sauce.

You can change the wine with water..
