Peanut Butter Cups

- Melt chocolate chips in a microwave safe dish for one minute. Stir half way through to prevent burning.

- Pour a small layer into silicone cup cake wrappers and freeze for 10 minutes.
- 3
- Remove from freezer and add a teaspoon of peanut butter to each. Flatten with a spoon and top with the final coat of chocolate.
- 4
- Freeze once more for 10 minutes, remove from silicone cups and enjoy!
ポイント
Silicone baking cups make it easier to remove the candy from the mold, and are reusable!
