Vegan and Cheesy Pesto Sauces!

Fresh basil
Olive oil
Cashew
Cream cheese
Processed cheese
Italian seasoning
Salt and pepper

Mix all desired ingredients in a blender or food processor.
ポイント

1. You may also use other nuts-- pistachio is also wonderful! I just personally prefer cashew because it gives a cheesy effect on food.

2. Keep well in an airtight container. I had one 500mL tupperware of pesto before and it lasted for at least 3 weeks. Farther than that, I'm not sure. Because it tastes too good I couldn't keep it longer. ^^;

3. Best with pasta and bread! 😺
