Peel and grate the potatoes. Grate the onion too. Sqeeze out as much water as possible from this. Mix it in a bowl.

Add the ceyenne, paprika, nutmeg, salt, garlic, green chillies and cheese. Mix well. Drain any water that may remain.

Add the egg. Mix well. Add cheese. And then add flour in the end, mix everything well.

Heat oil in a frying pan. Use generous amounts of olive oil/sunflower oil. Using a spoon, take the batter and spread it as evenly as possible. Don't make it too thick.
