ありがたくいただいた 朝堀筍、丁寧に下処理して 毎年恒例の定番のお料理を作りました。若竹煮は追い鰹でゆっくり含め煮に、木の芽和えは少しだけほうれん草のペーストを入れて。鯛の桜蒸しは蒸した道明寺粉を敷いて 飯蒸しに😊

以前は下茹でした状態のが届いていたんだけどな〜w
