春のど定番料理☆

ある日 朝起きると玄関に筍と卵が置いてありました🙌💕
親切なご近所さんに囲まれて生きさせてもらっているお陰で、そんな笠地蔵的ハプニングよくあります😊

ありがたくいただいた 朝堀筍、丁寧に下処理して 毎年恒例の定番のお料理を作りました。若竹煮は追い鰹でゆっくり含め煮に、木の芽和えは少しだけほうれん草のペーストを入れて。鯛の桜蒸しは蒸した道明寺粉を敷いて 飯蒸しに😊
新物の甘い香りが最高😍💕

わたくし恥ずかしながら今年初めてタケノコの下茹でを自分でやりました（笑）
以前は下茹でした状態のが届いていたんだけどな〜w

面倒だと思っていたけど、やってみると楽しいね。フツーの煮物が素晴らしく手をかけた料理に思えて達成感（笑）

素敵な贈り物😍こんなにお洒落に美味しく作ってもらえたら筍冥利につきますね(*´艸｀)

Is that time of the year I look forward most to your dishes,because of these bamboo shoot,you really excel at working with them!I never get enough of them,not so many varieties here,and I suxk at making them too!So I dream I could eat yours bamboo shoot feast!That tai dish just looks so amazing appealing,must be full of beautiful aroma from everything!Did you say you have rice underneath?I am less familiar with this one...For the 煮物and 和え物，seems like you make them every year,so you added spinach paste to 木の芽味噌 too,for prettier colour or better taste?
Makiko San told me that they could go in wild bamboo forest and pick them for free,so could you do that in Nara too,I envy country life like that!

One things,my mom used to use spinach paste for 木の芽和え.These cuisine were taken over from mum.she taught me Spinach makes the taste more mild,also it brings beautiful color. So you were right! Your dream is a modest one...Why don't you come to Japan every spring?so I let you have my spring feast every time!

Oh I see...if we could talk about this earlier,it would save me from so many trails and errors,until I finally got that dish the way it was in the photo,and still it was far from acceptable,I want it to be better in so many ways,may be when I see you,you could give me a few tips...
