Rocket are in season. Winter is the best time to eat them. I love them because of their aroma, that works very well when this dish tastes better eaten wiz them!

No,I did not use warishita,I followed the recipe which useめんつゆand 酒,not proper but easy for me.So there are Kanto and Kansai styles too,may be one day I should work out the best sukiyaki stock using warishita for me.
