Steak Crostini Three Ways

材料・調味料 (8 人分)
Boneless Ribeye Steak
1 lb
Pita Crackers or Crostini
1 Pckg
Rustic Fork Walnut Basil Blue Cheese Spread
2 Tbsp
Rustic Fork Spicy Red Pepper Spread
2 Tbsp
Rustic Fork Honey Chopotle Bbq
2 Tbsp
Crumbled blue cheese
3 oz
Pepper cheese or manchego
3 oz
Chopped chives
2 tsp
作り方

Heat a heavy bottomed sautee pan over medium high heat. Coat pan with a few teaspoons canola oil. Salt and pepper the steak and when hot add the steak to the pan. Sear on first side for 4 minutes and flip and cook another 4-5 for medium rare. Total cook time depends on thickness.

Remove steak from pan and let rest for 10 minutes. Thinly slice against the grain removing any excess fat.

Assemble crostini. Cracker/Crostini topped with slice of steak, walnut basil blue cheese spread, fresh blue cheese crumbles and chives. Same cracker with steak and then spicy red pepper spread, manchego or black pepper cheese, fresh chives. Last the cracker, steak, blue cheese crumbles and fresh chives.
