This is a very simple and healthy dish dish to make. With high amounts of fibre and protein it can be a good tasty source of protein for vegans and vegetarians and a filling dish for people on diets.
Some like to add butter to this dish but I usually use minimal amount of butter only for its tasty odour.
I love serving this dish with a dash of olive oil and fresh lemon juice along with strips of fresh bread which can be dipped in the soup!
