Nutella cake with banana n' caramel whipped cream

Nutella
120gm
Butter
70gm
Cream
2 tbs
Eggs

30+40 gm
Brown sugar

作り方

Mix egg yolks with sugar and brown sugar (30gm) until light and fluffy.

In saucepan, melt butter then add Nutella and cream. Mix well.
Add in egg yolks mixture. Sieve in cake flour, mix.

Beat egg whites and sugar (40gm) to get firm meringue texture. Gently mix with egg yolks mixture. Pour mixture into mold, knock mold 2-3 times to get rid of air bubbles.
Bake at 160c about 35-40 mins

To make caramel whipped cream. Boil 250ml of cream in saucepan. In another saucepan, melt sugar til get a nice caramel color. Then, pour hot cream into caramel, mix. Cool down in fridge (for 6 hrs if have time).

Beat with 10gm of icing sugar to get fluffy whiped cream before using. Decorate with fresh sliced banana and cocoa powder.
ポイント

1. Brush fresh sliced banana with lime juice to protect brownish color.
2. I use 20cm. diameter round cake mold.

when cooling the cake, does it need to be upside down to prevent collapsing?
To: CSP yes, bcoz of its chiffon cake. I up side down the cake on rack to avoid cake shrink ;)
