Melt butter in pan and add Mongolian Dip Mix, chopped mushrooms and chopped celery. Cook for a couple of minutes until the butter starts releasing from mushrooms. Now add drained Pearl Barley and mix.

Place in baking dish.

Place 1 tbsp of Specialty Salt into 2 cups boiling water. Pour over Pearl Barley mixture.

Cook in 180°C oven for 1 hour with lid on. Stir every 20 min.
