To: madaraneko yeah, it's super good! I never had jackfruit before this. It all just came together when a farmer dropped off some water cress and the smoking gun was sitting out on the table.

To: scottwinegard me neither, I've never tried jackfruit except dried one. The dried one had some kind of funky flavor but I loved it anyway. Smoked Jackfruit... mmm... Must be so delicious, indeed. (I may go to get Polyscience's tomorrow. lol)

To: madaraneko I never had it dried. This was fresh and it's sticky. Reminded me of starburst candy. I think? I haven't had a starburst since I was a kid.

To: scottwinegard it tastes just like JUICYFRUIT! Those are the huge ones...the baby ones are what I make everything out of...tastes really neutral, slightly like artichoke...
