Can u teach how to make the glaze that u put on the fruit? I tried to find a good recipe to make the glaze to put on my cake to stop the browning from the fruit! Thanks!!
To: janice423 Actually, i used the finishing one called 'Apricot glaze (light yellow color) or Neutral glaze which come as a soft jelly in a box.
To: janice423 Then, i hv to dylude with water about 60% of glaze qty, stir on low heat. The texture is just a little bit thicker than water. This is the easy way to do.
