I have no idea you like gold fish,must have been fun looking at all different varieties!You sampled some of my favorite food too,roast duck is what I miss most when I am away from HK,it's very difficult to get it right else where!Also dim sum and especially 腸粉,I never get tired of it!You didn't miss mango dessert and milk tea too,they are all genuine HK style! Sorry about the extremely hot weather,I usually spend more time at home at this time,I couldn't stand it too.But please come back again,best at autumn or winter,it's more comfortable!

I enjoyed to eat a lot of delicious meals. Dim Sam, mango, wan ton, etc. 腸粉 has never seen in Japan and I would like to try it. It was yummy. This time our favorite was 焼味. We ate that three times for three days! We wish we could have that in Japan. But I am sure roast duck will be quite expensive if I found it here.
金魚街 was lovely. I like to see golden fish and animals. Do you have a goldfish scooping game? It reminds me that game.

Wow,you really did enjoy our 燒味!It's deeply loved by the locals too!You are right,it's often hard to find authentic one other then HK,but some of the items are actually achievable at home.Like 叉燒 char siu,I made some awhile ago and they were very close to restaurant ones.All you need are some pastes for marinade,the work is pretty minimal.Let me know if you want to tackle it,I will send you some ingredients and take you through! Goldfish scooping game?Like those at night market/festival/fair?I have seen them recently at Taiwan and Japan,I can't remember if they ever existed in HK,if they were,it must be a long time ago,HK is fast changing city,old things don't get to stay for long,sometimes it's a pity for me!

You are welcome! Yes,you need a long piece of pork loin and tear apart in long stripes,I have to go to butcher shop to get it,our supermarkets don't sell it too... Anyway if you could get hold some,and ready to make,let me know! Good night!

私も昔、返還前の猫も杓子も~って時に行きました。マカオは今のイメージとは全然違うけど、好きだったな~ポルトガル料理を食べたよ(๑><๑)
