Rosemary pork chops with onion potato mash and chunky apple sauce

材料・調味料 (1 人分)
1 pork chop about 2 inch thick
a tsp each chopped rosemary black pepper a bit of salt to taste
1 tbs olive oil
mashed potatoes mixed with 1 tsp fried onions
1 apple cut in cubes. A tsp butter. half tsp grainy mustard. 1 tbs sugar. quarter cup water. A pinch of cinnamon

First the pork chops rub olive oil on it and then ur rosemary salt pepper. keep it aside for half an hour.

second make the mashed potatoes add the fried onions and mix it.

Thirdly make the apple chunky sauce by first softening the apples in microwave with little water. Then add the apple chunks to butter in a pan add quarter cup of water butter sugar and grainy mustard and cook till its done .

Now heat the pan till really hot . put ur pork chop and just seal all the sides of the pork about 1 to 2 minutes each side . Heat the oven at 200 degrees Celsius and let the pork cook for 10 minutes in oven. Once done keep it to rest.

Assemble your plate with mashed potatoes and pork chop and juicy chunky apple sauce .
