Haha,this is actually a big loaf pan.It's easy for me to determine how much bread I make.Every morning I eat bread made with 100g of flour.I have different size of loaf pan,this one is best for me,it makes a loaf of bread using 300g of flour,and it last me for 3 days!
I am happy to know you like 小豆 too.I love it,but this is the first bread I made with it,I actually used 小豆あん,spread on the dough,fold and roll a few time.I still need more practice!Thanks always!

when new,I can only tell after a while if they are good.But I tend not to buy expensive one for bread,because the serrated edge doesn't sharpen well anyway.I think you could go for the Swiss victorinox for practical use,and for the look,laguiole.
