I would never imagined the most difficult part of doing a shaomai is getting hold of some shaomai wrappers itself ,I couldn't ma
make it,and shops don't make them simply because no one make shaomai at home here,we just go out to get dim sum.but even not many restaurants make these nowadays ,they just order ready made from China and steam them on order.I bought these Japanese ones in supermarket labelled as wanton or shaomai w
wrappers,but actually I think they are only good for wanton.
