Blueberry in French Toasts

Bread
2 slices
Egg

Milk
1 tbsp
Brown sugar
A pinch
Salt
A pinch
Cinnamon
A pinch
Butter
Cream cheese
Blueberry
A handful
作り方

Beat the egg, milk, brown sugar, salt and cinnamon together until well mixed.

Heat the frying pan, add some butter to oil the pan.

Dip the bread into egg mixture and pan fry them.

When the bread is brown both sides, take it out to the plate, spread generous amount of cream cheese.

Arrange the blueberries at one side of the bread, and sandwich it with another bread with cream cheese.

You can sprinkle some honey before serve but that's optional.
