Chocolate Sparkles

Cocoa powder
25 g
Apricot jam
1 tbs
Sweetened condensed milk
150ml
Fine biscuit or cake crumbs
225 g
Hundreds and thousands
作り方

Place some hundred and thousands in a bowl, set aside.

Combine condensed milk with cocoa powder in a separate bowl.

Use a wooden spoon to press jam through a sieve into the bowl with condensed milk and cocoa.

Add the biscuit or cake crumbs, mix all the ingredients together with a spoon.

When well mixed, break off small pieces, roll to approximately the size of a walnut. Roll the balls in the hundred and thousands.

Store in the refrigerator.
