Eggplant

Hello marylou, I'm chibimaru. Your dish looks yummy. The gloss from the dish attracts me. I want to eat it♡ Is the dish mapo tofu style or something spicy sauce?

It is not mapo tofu. Pork eggplant and green pepper in a spicy sauce. Not sure what type of sauce it has. It is delicious. Got it at a Chinese restaurant called Dumpling House in Muncie Indiana
