作り方

- Sliced grilled eggplant into 2 inch pieces, and put on dish then chop garlic , shallot and chillies

- Added all ingredients in a bowl and mix well

- After that added salad dressing on the eggplant , serves with boiled eggs

After grilled eggplant it's easy to peel and slice , for flavor of salad dressing you can be cooked any way you like
