Gnocchi with bacon, spinach and ricotta

レシピ
材料・調味料 (5 人分)
Gnocchi (homemade or shop bought)
Onion
1-2
Garlic chopped
2-3 cloves
Bacon
250gm
Ricotta
250gm
Tomatoes (fresh)

Spinach
250gm
YIAH dill and onion dip mix
1-2 tablespoons
YIAH stir fry
1-2 teaspoons
作り方

Sauté onion in YIAH extra virgin olive oil (I used kasabah) once clear add the garlic. Add chopped bacon. Heat until bacon is cooked to desired consistency

Add chopped tomatoes and spinach
Cook until spinach and tomato is softened.

Add the ricotta, stir until completely combined and heated.

Add cooked gnocchi to the pan. Stir until combined
Serve with grated Parmesan or tasty cheese
