Salt & Pepper Tofu

Jalepeno Pepper

Green Onion
2 onions
Kosher Salt

First and foremost, you want to prepare your tofu, as it is the main ingredient in this dish. Open, drain, slice, and dip it into flour.

Secondly, you want heat up the coconut oil on the stovetop.

As you continue, you want to prepare your other ingredients such as your Jalepeno pepper and green onions. Slice the Jalepeno pepper and chop the green onion. You can also mine the green onion.

Combine the Jalepeno pepper, green onion, kosher salt, and pepper into a small mixing bowl. Sit it aside.

Are you having fun yet? Begin crying your tofu on the stovetop. It is key to cook on medium heat to prevent burn. Once the tofu appears to be cooked, add it onto the plate.

Take your ingredients and add them to the pan. Cook for just 5 minutes. (Do not go over 5)

Finally, add the mixture to your tofu and serve. Congratulations! You have just prepared salt & pepper tofu.
ポイント

Roll your tofu in flour before frying it, as this will allow your tofu to remain firm and easily edible.

Prevent burning by cooking on medium heat.
