Lamb meat
500g
Paprika

Onion
1pc
Carrot
1pc
Tomatoes

Water
2l
Borscht
500ml
Cannola oil
20ml
Salt
1tsp
Pepper
1tsp
Parsley or Mitsuba
Optional: Potatoes and beet leaves

作り方

In a pot, add water and boil the lamb meat for around 1hour at low fire.

Chop the vegetables.

After lamb is tender, add oil and chopped vegetables and boil again. Take foam time to time.
Optional, you can add potatoes in the end.

After boiling, add borscht, salt, pepper and chopped parsley.
