Chop all the vegetables and fry them with oil. When they are fried add water and let it boil. After boiling, add wheat bran base and the fish cut in pieces and let it boil again. In the end, add salt, pepper and parsley.

Borscht: Make the husti(starter): in a ceramic pot or jar, crumble the bread, add 200g wheat bran and moisten these ingredients with a little water.

After we prepared the husti(starter), let it in the pot 2days for fermenting (the pot should stay in a warm place).

After 2days, add 400g wheat bran, 2 tbsp corn griz and 5l of warm water, let this composition 2days for fermentation. After another 2days, strain, boil and put it in clean bottle.
