After two days, add 400g wheat bran 2tbsp of corn grits and 5l of warm water, let this composition 2days for fermentation, after two days, strain, boil and put it in clean bottle.

Soup Chop all the vegetables fry them a little then add water and boil.

When the vegetables are almost boiled, you can make meatballs by mixing all the above ingredients beside the flour (use the flour for rolling the meatballs before adding into the soup).
