Suddenly thought of this very old style rice dish,try to have some fun doing it my way.One side is prawn with cream sauce and the other is chicken with tomato,and underneath is fried rice.Used to be served at the end of Chinese wedding banquet,or ordered at the end of dim sum meal,I doubt anyone wou
would order it these day.Being a young kid,it was fun that I got to pick which side,and not especially keen at tart food,I always went for the cream,but it's kind of good mixing the two together too.

Haha,thank you so much for choosing the tomato side,so we could finish this dish,but actually both sides are good,that's why I did a small version so I could have both,and it's delicious lightly mix together too!It's a beautiful name isn't it,I am sure it's means the same birds in both our country.
I can't make beautiful sakura cake and dessert like everybody does here,so I tried to make this more appealing with the sakura carrot,can't say I am proud of this though...😁
