Sticky persimmon pudding, homemade vanilla icecream, salted caramel

Original recipe uses prunes,I switched them for dried persimmon,also has spices like cinnamon and cardamom (シナモンとカルダモン)

Thank you so much,Yukari San!I was hoping you like this too,and pudding like this could never fail,right?And doesn't need much skill too!Korean dry persimmons were good to eat,but I bought too many,so I made this using a sticky prune pudding recipe with spices.Maybe quite a lot of spices,and so many

things going on,persimmon taste was slightly weak,but flavours combination was still good.That's right,salted caramel is to die for,I was making and couldn't stop putting spoonfuls in my mouth!Original recipe uses spices in the caramel,but I don't like repeated things in a dish,so I just changed to

salt,and have to say it works!And you know,little tricky with this photo,phone in one hand ready to shoot,while the other drizzle caramel😅.Thank you for all the resnaps!

Cardamon is a lovely spice,isn't it?Good with Indian style curries,and works so well in desserts too.I have to say I enjoyed this very much and probably ate more than I should…

Thank you and glad you like this too!I myself love to have something sweet after dinner,but I am weak at making,seeing everybody's cakes here makes me want to try,I made sticky dates pudding before and I have dried persimmon at home,so I thought I'd try with them,it was ok,just wish persimmon taste

stronger,have to work on this a bit,but overall the combination was good,with the spices,vanilla,and salted caramel.I am sure Romie San could manage something like this,please try,you'll love it!Thanks for all the resnaps,appreciate it!
