Enjoyed very much 桜央里 San's idea of having ham and bamboo shoot together,here is a variation,with two more Japanese condiments.

I was planning to make this as soon as I ate that one,it was such a good combination,this time a more modern approach for the presentation,but with Japanese flavors!Not bad not bad...

Really depends on the mood when it comes to presentation,sometimes I like it modern and sometimes casual!
The condiments are homemade,pretty straight forward!
