Had some octopus at home,would be nice to pair with tomato chickpea purée(got the idea from internet and wanted to try for a while),I build this onwards and eventually got myself a summer dish... well,why not?...

About tomatoes chickpea purée,cut up tomatoes,season them,mix with olive oil and roast slowly in oven until semi dried.Then blend smooth in blender with cooked chickpeas,garlic,olive oil,chickpea liquid(or water),lemon juice.Adjust consistency.If you want it very smooth,there are other procedures,but personally I don't think it's needed.
If you want super quick method,tomato paste is good enough!
