Tomatillo Pineapple Salsa

Tomatillo

Jalapeño - seeded
1 Medium
Cilantro
1/4 cup
Canned Pineapple Chunks
8 oz.
Garlic
1 Large Clove
Salt
To taste
作り方

Remove husk and wash 8-10 Tomatillos and cut into quarters.

To a food processor, add tomatillos, cilantro, pineapple (drained), jalapeño, garlic and salt.

Blend until desired consistency.

Refrigerate at least 30 mins.
ポイント

This salsa is very mild and sweet. For added heat, do not seed the jalapeño.
