Lighter,summer style shao mai,two types of wrappers,usual ones and yuba(leftover from chicken roll).
今が旬のオクラ。ゆばでキレイに包んでますね。

Is this including Okura inside too?I think it's very healthy idea than usual stuff.
While summer,I crave to eat a lightly seasoned dish even tho Shao Mai..This idea will save me for sure😊🎶 thanks😎☀️

We have many yuba wrapping dim sum in Cantonese cuisine,not the shape of shao mai,but I thought it would nice,good way to finish my leftover too!
I am big fan of seasonal food,makes me want to anticipate and treasure the good food we have!I also love your seasonal cooking!

You know pork shao mai is not exactly diet food,so using seafood is less guilty for me.Yes there is chopped okura mixed in the prawn paste as well,making this more summer style,it really brings some nice flavour to this dim sum.Also helps the look with the green stars on top,right?You are welcome,most rewarding thing if my food could save you!
