Cream of mushroom soup

レシピ
材料・調味料 (4 人分)
White mushroom(chopped)
400g
Big onion(chopped)

Milk
3cup
Cream
170g
Black pepper & salt
To taste
作り方

1. Sauté butter & onion till soft

2. Add in mushroom and stir fry till water almost gone
3
3. Add in milk and bring to boil

4. Add cream, pepper & salt. Mix well

5. After cook, wait until slightly cool down. Put in blender and blend till the how small u want ur mushroom to be.

6. Pour in serving bowl and servd with bread
