CNY baking - Almond cookies, original and matcha.

What are the CNY traditional cookies? Pineapple cookies? Almond cookies? And are there any means to eat those cookies?

A lot - pineapple tarts, kuih bangkit(tapioca and coconut), peanut cookies plus a lot more 😁😋. Just eat! No particular order!

Do you eat cookies for a year only during CNY?
I can't imagine tapioca coconut cookies. Do you use tapioca flour for them?

I haven't made tapioca coconut cookies myself(very complicated). No there are lots to eat during CNY. Google CNY food and there will be loads of info
