Black Pepper Beef served with Rice.

材料・調味料 (2 人分)
Beef Tenderloin (cut into pieces)
250 g
Cooking Oil
21/2 tbsps
Garlic clove (minced)

Fresh ginger
2.5 cm
Green+ red bell pepper
1/2 of each
onion (cut into strips)

ground black pepper
1 tspns

作り方

To Marinade:

1 1/2 tspns Seasoning sauce
1/2 tspns sweet soy sauce
1/2 tspns oyster sauce
1/2 cornstarch
1/2 tspns sesame oil
1/2 tspns sugar

Marinade beef, leave for 15 mins.

Heat oil in wok over high heat. Stir fry beef until it is brown but pink inside. Set aside.

Heat remaining oil over high heat and stir fry ginger and garlic until aromatic. add green bell pepper, red bell pepper, onions, and black pepper.

Transfer beef back into the wok. Stir fry until beef is cookes (no longer pink- about 1-2 minutes).

Serve with steamed rice
